Behind every welcoming space, every organized shelf, and every service extended at the College of Science Libraries (CSLIB) is a dedicated team whose work often happens quietly, yet meaningfully. To honor this commitment, CSLIB held its Staff Awards and Recognition on December 15, 2025, marking the second recognition activity organized by the Library.

This year’s recognition carried special significance, as all CSLIB staff were recognized collectively for their contributions, consistency, and unwavering commitment to the Library and its community. From daily operations to behind-the-scenes support, the activity emphasized that every role plays an essential part in keeping the CS Libraries running smoothly.

The recognition was intentionally simple yet heartfelt. Each staff member received a trophy and certificate, along with a commemorative photo, symbolizing the Library’s gratitude for their dedication and service. A Wall of Fame was also set up, transforming the former Most Viewed eBooks wall, showcasing each staff member as a steward of service, learning, and care within the academic community. More than the awards themselves, the moment served as a reminder that the efforts of library staff, although often unseen, are deeply valued and integral to the institution’s mission.

As the College of Science Libraries move forward, this recognition stands as a reaffirmation of a shared purpose: to serve with dedication and compassion for the CSLIB Community.
